4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Sunkissed Skin does not store your payment details.
5. Orders & Availability
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We will confirm your order by email. Your order is only accepted once a confirmation email has been sent.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sunkissed Skin is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where you are entitled to a return or refund under applicable law, we will honour that entitlement.

We do not accept returns on the basis that results did not meet personal expectations where the product has been used as directed and is otherwise free from defect.
