Yes — all orders over R1,500 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders under R1,500 are subject to a flat delivery fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

We offer a 14-day refund on all devices. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact our team within 14 days of receiving it and we'll arrange a full refund. The device must be returned in its original packaging and unused.

All devices are covered by a 3-month warranty. In the unfortunate event that your device is faulty, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
